Yes. At the main menu press right bumper to enter options menu and scroll down using the anolog stick to the blood and gore option. Then move the anolg stick sideways to turn of the blood and gore. It is very effective.

∙ 13y agoCall of Duty for Xbox 360 does not have gore and is rated teen. You must be asking about later games in the series, but they do not change and the Blood Gore strong language and intense violence remains part of the games.

∙ 12y agoThere's no gore in the game. At least the PC version I never played the other ones. The bloods like a red cloud. As far as I know you can't turn it off.
