I always run my 2 cycle outboards at a 50 to 1 ratio. also be sure you are using outboard 2 cycle. not all 2cycle oil is the same!
no
I have the same motor bought it new 1975. I use Quicksilver Merc. 2cycle oil. 16oz. per 6 Gals. gas.
The TS250 is a 2cycle engine and as such the oil is mixed with the fuel. Use only 2 cycle oil and mix it according to the manufactures recommendations unless it has a oil resivoir that automatically mixes the oil for you. In that case just fill the resivoir to the top. You cannot overfill it.
Yes it can, but only in pre-mix 2 cycle engines. These are the ones that you add the oil to the fuel. If the engine is an oil injection model, there is an opti2 Injection oil available.
Every Honda xr 80 ia a four-stroke, so no you don't need 2 cycle oil.
2 cycle motor oil
i hope this isn't a serious ? but anyways 2-cycle like amsoil dominator anything with 2cycle on the cover, but please don't use outboard oil
You have to much oil in your fuel/oil mix
If it is a 2 cycle engine, no, you must use 2 cycle oil. If it is a 4 cycle then use exactly what the manufacture recommends.
I wouldn't recomend it.
No - 2 cycle oil is the only oil you should use in a 2 cycle motor. Because 2 cycle oil is designed to mix with the gas and lube the motor. Your "truck oil" is not the 4 cycle oil will not mix it is designed to just lube in the crank case.
