As far as known, she does not have one.
She has MSN.
ICQ (A cute acronym of "I Seek You") is still around. ICQ could be compared to MSN Instant Messanger or Yahoo Instant Messenger. The main difference is what "network" of instant messaging you are on. Functionally, they're all about the same. Only Microsoft once again installing MSN Messenger by default with its operating system (can someone say "Anti-trust" again?) has effectively gained market share for MSN Messenger over the other instant messenger systems out there. I used ICQ for many years (my ICQ ID being down in the 200,000's range), before realizing that everyone I wanted to talk to was on the default installed MSN Messenger.

ICQ was the original internet chat client - way before MSN or any of the others. It was the first to tell you if your friends were online. Instead of forcing people to create weird user names, they simply assigned user numbers in sequential order. I have a six digit ICQ number from aruond 18 years ago, and it still works. I believe current ICQ numbers are above 400,000,000. ICQ is still alive and well and now links with Twitter, Facebook, etc. These days an ICQ number still works to log in, but you can also do so with your email address and password. By the way ICQ means "I seek you". Clever wasn't it?
You can find a computer communication program online at the MSN and CNET websites. Examples of computer communication programs include Skype, MirandaIM, ICQ, AIM and QQ.
i used to like icq as a way to make new friends but now this option seems to have gone. i used to switch on and get sometimes too many new contacts but now none at all. now i mostly use yahoo and msn they are more reliable and quicker
