No, for two reasons. First, cats groom themselves by licking their fur - any Lotrimin cream you put on a cat's skin is going to be eaten. Second, cats are not little humans - they react very differently to drugs than humans do. Just because Lotrimin is safe for humans does not mean it isn't toxic to cats.
