You can not use the normal PSP headphones on a PSP 2000 series, however you can buy a pair of PSP 2000 series headphones which you can most likely get anywhere you can get the original PSP headphones the original PSP has a 3 pronged connecter cord while the PSP 2000 has a 5 which comes on the PSP 2000 series headphones.
There isn't such a thing as 'PSP 2000 headphones', they're just Sony's generic headphones. They'll work on anything with an appropriately sized headphone port.
As long as the Bose headphones have a standard headphone connection jack they are able to be used with your Psp.
You can use Normal PC headphones and speaker too and Iphone/Ipod headphones will work too
THERE IS NO PSP LITE, ONLY PSP SLIM.
psp lite
One can purchase headphones that work with a PSP in any local electronics retailer. Alternatively, one can purchase it on some online stores like Amazon and eBay.
they are the same but the slim and lite are slimand lite
sony have 5 psp psp fat,(1000) psp slim, psp lite, psp slim and lite and psp 3000. the best is psp slim and lite . and the cost $ 299.in game stop best buy and save $ 2o dollar
of course you can but if you use the skype on psp then you need special headphones to talk
the psp
Clearly, the PSP slim and lite (PSP 3000 has been out for some time now) is better then the original PSP. I would only recommend the PSP-1000 if you have a tendency to drop your PSP a lot since it has a metal chassis which the slim and lite does not have.
PSP lite and PSP normal? You mean the Fat and Slim versions? The slim version of the PSP is a smaller version with a few additional features. As far as I know theres no "lite" version of the PSP, they can all do the same things. And the slim is messed up >.> \
