Yes you can. I've used it before I realized that there's now a pam spray specifically for baking which has a built in flour with it. They'll both work though for baking a cake and any other baking as well. Good luck with your baking!

No, they work the same. If you want something more natural, choose the butter. If you want easy application, use the Pam.
