I would imagine not and for 2 reasons. First and foremost (not necessarily my belief) is the legal aspect of the programs. Peer to peer programs are under constant scrutiny by various trade groups especially the RIAA who always blame slacking CD sales and online purchase downloads due to such programs. For that reason it would probably be near impossible to download or install on a phone simply because the provider could get in hot legal water for "allowing" their subscribers access to free downloads. Secondly, the download speeds would probably not be that great unless you have a high end broadband service but that's usually reserved for people with laptops.

If it's for your phone, connect your phone to the computer with a USB cable or Bluetooth and copy the music you want from your download directory for Limewire to your phones music directory. If it's not for use with a phone, get a microSD to SD adapter and plug it into you computer, if your computer doesn't have an SD card port your probably gonna have to get a SD card USB adapter.
yes put it onto itunes then sync onto your phone. go on (file, open folder, limewire, open onto phone, individual or all songs onto phone, complete, sync, unplug phone.)
You search for a song, then you double click it. Then, when it is finished downloading, open up iTunes and plug in your iPhone and drag the song from the download section (bottom) of limewire and drag it to music section of your iPhone. Hope this helped!

It depends on what phone you have and/or what Twitter program you are using.
