I sliced a potato and then placed one 1/4 inche slices on the outside of both eyes - secured by a small ace bandage. I left them in place while I slept (about five hours). When I removed the potato's my eyes where back to normal.
The potato thing really works. Although I slept through the process it was recommended that you leave the potato's in place for at least and hour.
