yes it does, all you need is:
bottled water
apple cider vinegar
paper towel.
wash your face with a kind of cleanser or soap just to get rid of all the oils and dirt on your face .pour two table spoons of acv (apple cider vinegar) and pour more water than you did acv. now take the paper towel and fold it into a square shape. dip the paper towel you folded into the acv and water and pat it on your face not rub or scrub. pat it on the affected areas and leave it on overnight and wake up and wash it off. it might smell bad but after a couple of nights and hours it wont seem so bad. you will see results in about 3 days every morning.

∙ 15y agoI've been using regular vinegar and it WORKS! The other day I was watching the show "The Doctors" and one of the subjects on the show was how to treat back acne and the following was said by Dr. Drew Ordon. To use regular white vinegar and a luffa sponge. Have your partner apply the vinegar on your back and gently scrub your back once a day. I took his advice and this is what I do to treat my back acne. Since my spouse is in Iraq and not here to apply the vinegar I bought a spray bottle to apply the vinegar myself, I let the vinegar dry on it's own, and I do this right before taking a shower, once it's dry (10 to 15 min) I use a luffa sponge the one with the wooden handle and I gently scrub my back with warm water (not hot) to rinse off. I noticed a difference the first time I did it, it burns a little but nothing you can't handle. It's been a week and I can't believe how clear my back is, IT WORKS! If your going to use vinegar on your face make sure to use cotton balls, let it dry and wash off with cool water and pat dry, please be careful and DO NOT apply near your eyes and have a portable fan or magazine to use to cool off. I don't have acne on my face but I do this to prevent future breakouts and my skin looks fantastic. Vinegar balance your skin's pH, and absorb extra oil on your skin and it naturally moisture your skin.
