To make stewed apple, peel and core them and cut them into chunks. Add them to a pot with just enough water to cover the bottom of the pot. You can add sugar or honey for sweetening, and a pich of cinnamon if you like. Put the lid on the pot and cook them gently, stirring from time to time, until they turn to pulp. Store them in the fridge.
