Depending on where you live affects this. If you experience weather dropping as low as 0 degrees go with Castrol Magnatec 10w40 If you live in an area seldom to cold go with Castrol Magnatec 5w30

if you have a zetec motor than best use a 5w40 or 10w40 Castrol Magnatec seems to work for me but also Shell Helix have a 5w40 which im busy trying out.are your valves sticking???
