Well normally I just wait for the mosquito bite to go away, and just try to avoid scratching it. But if that doesn't work you can get a cotton ball and put some alcohol on it and just rub it on the mosquito bite, that sometimes helps. Or you can go to a pharmacy (Rite Aid, Walgreen's, etc. ) and ask if they have any anti-itch creams, most likely they will so you can just put that on the mosquito bite. Yes it can be used in conjunction with retina a. I have acne that become as big as a mosquito bite. I have tried to hide it by using a bandage. I have had enough of having two white headed pimples. Therefore I went to a dermatologist. I told him I was using Rein A and he suggested that I use Clindamycin at bed time along with the retin a. Directions that were given to me were use the retin a as directed by applying a small amount onto face avoiding the eye areas. Then apply a small amount of the Clindamycin on top. I have used these for a month and have not had any large breakouts that I use to have.
