You can eat whatever you want while taking clindamycin. Keep in mind that typical side effects of all antibiotics include stomach upset and diarrhea. I'd avoid overly spicy or greasy food to keep the stomach irritation to a minimum. Remember to take all of your clindamycin even once you start feeling better. You want to kill all the bacteria and not leave any hiding in your body!

∙ 10y agoThere are many medications both prescriptions and over-the-counter that can cause sun sensitivity. Some antibiotics include: Doxycycline, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, ofloxacin and trimethoprim.
Note: Even ibuprofen can cause sun sensitivity, so use caution when taking any medication.
