While it is theoretically possible, it would take a massive amount of cells and a lot of tedious wiring to be able to turn the engine. Practical Answer: No.

Why does car steering wheel hard to turn and revs even in neutral?

It is time for a professional car mechanic to have a look. The steering may be caused by dry joints (needs greasing), the revs may need the engine to be adjusted to run slower.

A car battery is a wet cell. Only recently have dry cells been introduced, but your typical car battery is a wet lead storage battery.

How do you start your car after it stall in water if it is a stick?

DON'T!! Dry the engine out first. If you try and start an engine full of water you will blow it. After it is dry, start it like you normally would.

Why is it that 8 pieces of 1.5volts dry cells connected in series cannot be used to start a car?

Voltage between points A and B creates the tendency for current to move. While you have the voltage you need, your little dry cells can't generate enough current through the motor to overcome the resistance of the engine. They just don't have enough juice stored in them.

Would it be possible to use a series of dry cells to start a motor car instead of a motor car battery?

Highly unlikely. You could not generate enough amperage to start the engine. Of course with enough batteries connected together in series & parellel it is possible but not practical.

What will happen if you connect a copper wire to 1 dry cells and a light?

the light will turn on because of the electricity flow in the wire

How many cells does a 6 volt battery have?

It depends on what the 6 cells are, but the battery voltage is just 6 times the cell voltage. In a car battery (lead-acid cells) - 12V In a dry-battery (zinc-carbon cells) - 9V

Why your car engine is shaking and check engine sign is on after washing the car?

this is normally caused by water entering the electronics of the engine. The most poular is the distributer cap. open cap and allow to completely dry and reasemble and see if that solves the problem.

What causes a car battery cells to be dry?

Usually, overcharge, sometimes overdischarge. Check the alternator - the regulator is probably shorted.

What happens if a car engine is running upside down?

A typical car engine will be oil-starved and it will be destroyed by friction. The oil pump will not be able to pump oil to the engine unless the engine is designed with a dry sump like you'd find in racing cars and aerobatic airplanes.
