How do you make daewoo nubira economic?

I can tell u how to make it better. . . Get a cold or ram air intake 4 it, upgrade sparkplugs(also makes more economical), upgrade spark plug leads, get a decent K&N air filter, use good oil and fill up with E10 fuel(for good economy and run cost) or Premium fuel(because it does have an ECU that will be like hey nice fuel maybe i should give the fuel pump abit of a break) >>>seriously. . its proven by TopGear that u get more KM's travel from premium fuel and works out cheaper in long run ;) myspace.com/therudz

Can you use ethanol enhanced fuel in your Honda Accord?

Honda does not recommend anything more than 10% ethanol blend. All gasoline now is E10, and Honda says E10 is fine as long as it is the same or higher octane as 100% gasoline. I use E10 in my 1991 Accord with zero problems.

Can a Toyota corona with stock engine use e10 fuel?

Hi, there i have a 1985 ST141 Corona with a 2SC leaded engine with 280,000kms on the clock. This motor car is bullet proof. Not a single problem in the 25 years i have owned it. Always kept the motor oil clean and used a lead replacement additive to each fill up. Been using one brand of e10 which is 95 RON. Engine runs like a watch on this fuel with no issues at all. No pinging or side effects to the fuel system. Carbi and rubber components are unefected. It doesn't like 91 e10 fuel at all. Fuel consumption went through the roof and power was noticeably down. Remember to retard the engine timing for lower rated RON fuels. I have set it at 5 deg BTDC. Loves Liberty e10 and is well priced. MOTOR MECHANIC for 26 years.

Can VW beetle run on E10?

What fuel additive is best for E10 gasoline?

To list which additive is the best for E10 gasoline would be doing an injustice to the sheer number of additives there are out there on the market. Most of them are completely useless in E10 because the majority of them contain alcohol or an extremely strong solvent. Instead, to prevent damage from E10 it is important to follow simple precautions such as replacing the fuel often, testing for correct ethanol % upon purchase and installing a decent sized (10 micron or better) water separating filter. However, if all else fails, I'd recommend using an additive such as Eth-Guard to greatly decrease the damage caused by e10 fuels. To view a list of common additives and how safe they are in E10 fuel visit www.e10gasadditives.com/fuel_additive_list.html Eth-Guard is safe in all engines and contains no harmful ingredients. It will increase the energy of the fuel, lubricate the fuel system and prevent phase separation in most applications. Generally, additives are not necessary if simple precautions are taken but if you find yourself in a bad situation, Eth-Guard is a great product to use for most ethanol problems. How much ethanol is in regular gasoline?

In regular gasoline, there is no ethanol. If the pump indicates the gasoline is E10, it contains 10% ethanol and by law it should be indicated by a sticker on the pump. Some states mandate all pump fuel to have ethanol. Most recent auto engines can handle E10 gas, but it should be avoided for marine applications. E10 gas can damage engines not designed for it.
