Well first you have to find out if it has a wireless network (if the net gear does I mean) if it doesn't or you don't have a wireless switch box then you have no choice but to buy the network adapter from Nintendo. If you think that is too expensive try to get a mock up from amazon or something but keep this in mind the ones not from Nintendo are not covered by Nintendo.
Use your Wii as the Internet
Netgear has been dealing with internet networking since it started. The company Netgear began in 1996 which is not long after the internet itself really took off.
It used to cost $5 to download the wii internet, but now it is free to download and free to use.
If you have Internet connection nearby, connect your Wii to the network. Then go to the Wii shop channel and download the Wii Internet channel. It does not cost any Wii points at all and you use the Wii remote as your "computer mouse."
One reason why a Wii would be slow when you use the Internet is due to your router. You may have to move the Wii closer to where the router is so that it will get a better signal.

Sorry, no. You can only play it on the Wii.
Download the Wii Internet Channel from the Wii Shop Channel, but first you must have a Wireless Internet adaptor, Wii USB LAN adaptor or another way of connecting your Wii to the internet. You can also use AOSS. The easiest way for me is using a Wireless Internet Adaptor.
Yes. By use of the Internet Channel, attainable from the Wii Shop Channel, one can surf the Internet on the Wii.
You must download the internet channel from the Wii shop. If your wii is not already connected to the internet, though, you must first do that. To connect your wii to the internet, you can either run a cable, or you can use wireless. See your instruction manual for more details.
Because Netflix is a streaming movie service, your Wii must be connected to the Internet to use it.
No, you cannot. You can use your wireless internet network to connect the Wii U to the internet.
