I would guess you could, but your baked good will probably have more sugar than you would want. Better Homes & Garden cookbook says 1 cup sugar = 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
Usually you can, but if you do not plan on bakign it soon then you should probably store it in the freezer instead.

Just from the terms Un-meaning not, and Baked meaning Burned or "Oven burn" though in ceramics kilns are used instead of the ovens. so it means not-fired clay.
