To bring flowers as a gift to a wedding would be pretty awkward for the wedding couple to have to keep up with, find a place to put them where they won't be in the way or clash with her wedding/reception decorations.With flowers, they would have to find someone willing to take them home for them after the wedding/reception and, considering most couples leave for their honeymoon right after the wedding, the flowers would be wilted or dead by the time the newlyweds returned.But what you can do is to have flowers delivered to them after they return from their honeymoon.
