In order to full launch a motorcycle without doing a backflip off of it you would need wheelie bars to beat a car off the line. But in a quarter mile a motorcycle would win unless you are on anything under 600cc and the car has more than 1500cc weighing less than 2500 lbs. its a weight to power ratio equation
