I have a relatively new skin graft on my ankle and I have been tanning in tanning beds for about a month now. I keep it covered in the bed with either a compression sleve or a towel (which leaves the area untanned) but I have not had any adverse affects thus far. I use a lot of extra healing lotion though, so it keeps it from drying out.
