Should not be a problem but to extend engine life you get the most out of synthetics by switching over early (miles). Moswt synths are just refined dino oil that last longer-with or without additives. if engine is high mileage, don't change over and go a little thicker on the weight. Synth can leak if seals are older. Another important consideration, is if you change, most advise not to go back. Double check weight though- I am not a Dodge expert.
