Sounds like you mean for like shaving your legs? if so, yes, it sure is a heck of a lot less expensive!
No you can shave without shaving cream, but I don not recomend it. Shaving cream lubricates the skin so that the razor balde glides over it cutting the hair only. Without shaving cream you would experience a lot more razor nicks. You can use ordinary bar soap.
No
The color of facial hair is not necessarily the same color as the hair on the top of your head and the variation in color is generally higher among gingers and blonds than among brown or black-haired individuals. The color of a man's facial hair is usually the same color as the hairs on his arms and chest. Repetitive shaving only changes the quantity of facial hairs a man possesses, not the color of said hairs.
They do, but any personal hygiene product like shaving cream, deodorant, etc. is EXACTLY the same product whether it is for women or men, the only difference is the packaging and the fragrances they put in it. It's all about marketing according to gender roles. Also, regular hair conditioner works as well as, if not better than, shaving cream- and that's one less thing you have to buy.
You do which ever you prefer. Pulling the hair from the root (waxing, plucking) will make the hair grow back finer whereas just cutting it (shaving, hair removal cream) will just make it come back the same.
Hair all grows at the same speed.
The prodcut I found at this web address was an anti-wrinkle cream, and it seems to contain a lot more chemical ingredients than shaving cream usuall has.
If you have facial hair you just let it grow trimming it to the shape you want. If you don't have the facial hair, there really is no way of making it grow.
Facial hair has no smell and it is the same colour as the hair on your head.

Yes, cream peroxide is developer.
