Why does a redhead male have blond facial hair instead of red hair even though he shaves often?

The color of facial hair is not necessarily the same color as the hair on the top of your head and the variation in color is generally higher among gingers and blonds than among brown or black-haired individuals. The color of a man's facial hair is usually the same color as the hairs on his arms and chest. Repetitive shaving only changes the quantity of facial hairs a man possesses, not the color of said hairs.

Facial hair begins during puberty. It is one of the later characteristics to emerge. Some boys get it early during puberty though as everyone is different and matures at different ages and rates. You should have some facial hair above the top lip where a moustache grows by the time puberty ends.

It shouldn't matter. I personally think that your looks and how you dress shouldn't matter as long as you TRULY have the passion for metal. But to answer your question: Honestly, I too have short hair because I don't want to grow my hair. Instead, I shave it. Not bald but to a really short length. Pulling this off is easy for me because I have thick facial hair. Not just stubbles, but thick facial hair that covers my skin really. Having a shaved head with no facial hair doesn't make you look metal though, it just makes you look like you have cancer or something.
