It's refreshing to see someone in this country admit to their own negligence instead of trying to sue somebody else for their own stupidity.

It turned out there was no negligence involved, but instead it was just a freak accident.

Any negligence on her part is more than mitigated by the fact that she was having a psychotic break at the time.
