Either wash it off with a high powered water jet, or you can use turps
you wait till the acrylic paint is dry then u use turps to get rid of the clouded varnish :)

turps or turpentine, used for cleaning paint brushes and ammonia are flammable.
Varsol, oil thinner, turps, lacquer thinner, xylene, and many others.
Emulsion paint is water based - thinned with water, brushes cleaned with water.Solvent paints are thinned with solvents/thinners, and the brushes are cleaned in turps, etc.
You can paint your car blinkers with spray paint. You can use any type of Marine spray paint. The spray paint should be water resistant.

Car magnets are completely safe to use on a car. The metal of the magnet does not interact with the paint of the car. Car magnets are specifically designed to be placed on a car with no damage.
You can always go to MACO and have them paint your car. If you want to paint it yourself you can use Rustoleum and apply it with a paint roller or use a professional air gun.

I think that as long as you use the paint use for the engine block
