One of your door switches is probably malfunctioning. Find the switches usually on the hinge side attached to the body and use a little wd40 and move it in and out and it may start working. If not the bad one will have to be replaced.
wd40
WD40.
Each door has two (2) bolts. 1. Unscrew them. 2. open door and remove strap. 3. lift door straight up and off the hinge. Simple.. Some door hinges are sticky and require some Water Displacement (wd40). Caution doors can be heavy and two people may be required.
WD40
spray hinges with wd40
di you hear a click when you enter the combination? this means the actuator is engaging but the door latch bars/bolts are stuck. get a ruber mallet and wd40. spray the wd40 on the exposed bolts. place a phone book or a pillow between the open door and the edge of the safe so you do not allow the door bolts to strike the edge of the safe. then hit the outside of the door with a couple of medium blows on the non hinge side. you might have to try this a couple of times to free the bound locking latch bars but this worked when the same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. good luck
spray your door latches with wd40.
wd40 in all door latches and strikers.

spray with WD40 if that doesn't help replace the door lock
