tmobile usually locks their phones, so you would have to call and get it unlocked. Cingular doesn't usually lock their phones though, so the tmobile card should work in a cingular phone.
you cant. tmobile sim cards only work in phones with tmobile service providers. however you COULD unlock the phone.
yes you can, all u have to do is call the company and tell them to unlock the phone then it sould work
On GSM Tracfones, if the phone has been unlocked a Cingular SIM card can be used. If the phone is a CDMA phone, no SIM cards can be used.
i have a pcs phone and i have an old cingular phone i really liked it has a sim card pcs does not can it be done
Yes if your Razr is from Cingular or unlocked. You can not use a T-Mobile Razor with Cingular prepaid sim card or Globaltravellersim prepaid international sim card unless your phone is unlocked.
When you buy a tmobile phone it camoes with a sim card. If you already have a tmobile phone and break it you can buy a pre-paid phone and put your old sim card in it
Well, the sim card works just like any other sim card in a CINGULAR phone, but if you have the unlock codes to your other phone, I'm sure it will work.
yes it will still work.
yes, as long as the i wireless sim card fits!
It will work as your existing phone.
you have to go online to buy a unlock code for the phone, once you have the unlock code you can put the sim card in and it will ask you for the code.if not you can buy a sim card holder that can convert your tmobile sim card into the at&t phone so you have use of the at&t phone, but with tmobile!get it?yes, you can. as long as your sim card will fit in the sim card slot.
TMobile and Verizon are incompatible. As are every other two separate phone services. The only way to use a TMobile sim card in a Verizon phone, is to get the Verizon "unlocked". You can do this at most mobile phone shops, but not all of them and most likely not an official Verizon or TMobile shop. This will cost you.
yes but the phones has to be unlocked.
no you cant put tmobile sim card into a at&t phone- since it is a different company and provider the sims cards are toatlly different
You can put any SIM card in an unlocked cell phone.
Sim Card SwitcharooMost phones that accept a SIM card can be unlocked and used for any service that uses SIM card technology. AT&T and Tmobile phones & SIM cards can be used in this way. However Tracfone and Net10 phones and SIM cards cannot. For AT&T and Tmobile, Prepaid or Contract makes no difference. I use my ATT / Cingular contract service SIM in a T-Mobile Prepaid phone. (unlocked of course). The unlocking bit, depending on the company that makes the phone, can get a little tricky; but if you put some time into searching, you can find the information you need for a small cost or most likely free altogether. I am leaving out info pertaining to technology compatibility as most state and abroad phones are GSM, and you most likely have a GSM SIM card.
No most phone companies do not allow any SIM card to go into all phones. The only exception I have found is the SIM cards for ATT phones and TMobile phones.
When you have a sim card most times you just pop out your sim card and put in any other phone. So I would say yes you can as long as it's not CDMA ( no sim card ) you will be fine.
If you mean putting an at&t sim card in a t-mobile phone, no. Sim cards only work in phones that are the same brand.
You can use a Vodafone SIM on a T Mobile phone as long as the phone is unlocked. If you are getting a message that says, "Invalid SIM Card" or "Incorrect SIM Card" when you insert your Vodafone SIM, then that means the phone is still locked to T Mobile, so you would need to unlock it first.
Yes: As long as you have another Cingular cellular phone, that uses the GSM technology, there is no problem* (the Apple iPhone is an exception to the rule).Your SIM card is your "phone", the single object that provides celluar service service to you. The physical phone is simply a device. Without the SIM card, it's useless.Cingular, now the New AT&T, uses the most common network in the world, called GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications), which is used in approximately 70% of the world. Therefore, essentially, you can put a Cingular SIM card into any GSM phone.** There are some stipulations that can alter this answer.
Yes you can. You can put any tmobile sim card into any tmobile or unlocked phone and it will work perfectly. Although you may need to add some features to your plan :)
Yes, but it has to be a phone that can accept the sim card, and it must be unlocked by the previous company. ex. if you have a tmobile phone you want to use, call tmobile and have it unlocked, then put your att sim in. It is not recommended though due to data services will generally not work. p.s. Iphones can not be unlocked by anyone.
Technically speaking, a Cingular phone can be used with T-Mobile, as you only need to switch the SIM card. However, the phone may be locked to Cingular, in which you need to unlock it to be used with another GSM network.
Sorry, you can't. Hopefully someone will invent that sooner or later!
