Sure! The mind is a powerful thing. Proven in tests in which placebos are given in place of real medication and some of those who have taken the placebo have the same effects as the others.
But let's get to the point. The kind of signs you will feel are those than can be influenced by imagination. Feeling bloated, giving yourself nausea and vomiting, stress-induced late period, achiness, imagining that your breasts appear larger or are more tender, headaches, little aches and pains you might feel, food cravings, etc.
But one symptom that your mind will never be able to influence is the actual growing belly of a pregnant woman complete with a baby inside. Sure, yours may appear more round, but a Doppler will never find a heartbeat, and an ultrasound will never find a baby. Your hCG levels won't rise either, and you'll not test positive on a pregnancy test either.

If i was you i would go to the doctor and tell them you took two tests at home and you want a blood test just to make sure that the home pregnancy tests were right.
