I would call my doctor and then wrap the knee with icy hot patch.
you start at the top right below the knee then wrap down being sure to have NO creases!!! then stop at the ankle and continue back up to the knee.. simple really just not to tight and NO creases and your horse is set!

It all depends on how thick your hair is. I usually wrap it around 3 times but if your hair is thinner it would take more. All that matters is that your hair is nice and secure!
