yes in your watch to your computer and open my computer and the watch will be listed as a usb storage device. open it and you will see a folder called videos. move the video you want into that folder (make sure you have enough memory) and you should be able to view it on your watch. hope this helps ;-)

No, it will not play Bluray discs, but it is upscaling, so you can watch your regular DVDs at HD quality.
If you have internet access on your phone you can either download videos to watch from you memory card, or watch online (this uses quite a lot of memory and internet usage) Alternatively you could get some one piece videos on the computer and transfer them via a USB port onto your phone.
There is no way that USB can transfer the amount of data needed to show blu-ray video fast enough.
