Yes, but you may not wear your own. The Marine Corps will issue you glasses (with the correct lenses, of course), and you will use their glasses until you complete basic training.
After basic, you may wear your own if you wish to do so.

There are certain ratings and positions that require perfect or near perfect vision. Pilot is one of them. They will even accept those that are colorblind, but they are limited as to what roles they can be.
