The military service does not want people who are not disciplined. If you dropped out of school, you lack the discipline necessary to get through military training, which is far harder than school! The military wants people who are mature and dependable, because they have to rely on you when they are getting shot at or bombed, and they don't want people who have a record of quitting when things get tough.

All. Army is easiest, then marines/Navy. Coast Guard and Air Force are equally more selective. With a GED, The USMC, Navy and Army will all accept her. The Air Force sometimes does, they do a case by case scenario and it's a toss up if she will get in or not.
