honestly i think he/she can be your conscience....i have a best friend and she gives me advice on anything and everything and more than half the time shes right in fact when she tells me something about a guy im dating and since i know shes right cuz shes ben there in the back of my mind i can hear her tell me that i should/shouldn't do that and when i don't listen to "my conscience" i tend to get hurt in the end...but that's how it is for me consindering me and my bestie do everything together were like sisters

But it is a matter of faith in man, to rely on a pastor or preacher to truly interpret the Bible and to offer guidance form the Bible alone, and not from his own personal viewpoint.
