Lol. Technically, sure if you're in a fire, or too close to the Sun. Otherwise, no. However, you can lose connections between cells within the brain that "zap" info to other parts of your brain that make you respond. This happens with age. It is believed that long term marijuana smoking does this. Science has shown that you can improve the connections with different brain exercises, such as improving memorization skills (numbers, letters, and object placements), concentration kinds of games, and other knowledge builders.

It has to be 900 degrees. The reason I know this is historians at Pompeii found remains of people who had died during the 79AD eruption. One of the things they noticed with the group they found was the bones were blackened where the joints met. So, they began to investigate why this would be this way. They took pig bones and put them in an oven and at 900 degrees they began to get black just like the human bones. They also figured that at that temperature the brains of the people boiled in their head. They never knew what hit them.

Your brain will never melt, it will however cook and may burn. While you are living this will not happen as the living body maintains a homeostasis.

Why is a high fever dangerous?

The cells in your brain are called neurons. The White Matter of your brain is composed of neurons that have a myelin sheath on them (this makes the impulse travel faster). The myelin sheath is made up of lipids (fats). Fat melts when it gets hot. So, essentially, if your brain gets too hot, it will melt. That would be bad.
