Remove the inside door panel of your 1993 Chevrolet Lumina. Remove the passenger mirror wiring harness. Remove the passenger mirror retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new passenger mirror.
This is a little tricky! You have a spring and a plastic clip that you must compress with a pair of vice grips and pop back in underneath the mirror. You will see the slot it fits in upon further inspection
Doesn't matter if you live in any State in the U.S., or even in Canada you most certainly can get a ticket for not have a passenger side mirror because they are there for safety purposes. I must admit that in Canada an police officer is more likely to give you a warning to get it fixed and not a ticket.
