Yes, but you can take him to court and fight for custody.
Only if the order is made by the daughter.
One way is to call the police, tell them he threatened you then get a restraining order against him. They will escort him off the premises. The restraining order will keep him from returning.
No. But when you become a legal adult (18 in the US), you can request that the court lift the order.
I would encourage my daughter to find another boyfriend if he is being a jerk in any form. Calling "ex's" is being a jerk.
Report him for stalking or a restraining order.
Request a restraining order or vacate order if appropriate.
A restraining order, I think
You can still get a restraining order, it's not just to keep people so many feet away it is also to stop contact of any sorts. Once he gets his copy of the restraining order and he fails to stop calling you can report this. The best way is to have caller I.d. for proof. Another way is through your phone company, you can call them and tell them they will help you take care of it. They will tell you to push * something which will record the call and send it straight to the police. Good Luck!
They can be considered harassment if the person calling does not know the person. If you have told the person already to stop calling, yes that is harassment. If there is a restraining order on the caller, then it is against the law.
You can put a restraining order on anyone as long as you can show that they are intending to do you harm. If you mean just to keep the guy away, I don't know if a judge would go for that. I think you do have to go in front of a judge.
If their is a restraining order involved, yes
You can have a person arrested for trespassing if they are on your land.
