You can still get a restraining order, it's not just to keep people so many feet away it is also to stop contact of any sorts. Once he gets his copy of the restraining order and he fails to stop calling you can report this. The best way is to have caller I.d. for proof. Another way is through your phone company, you can call them and tell them they will help you take care of it. They will tell you to push * something which will record the call and send it straight to the police. Good Luck!
