No, Myth-Busters did small experiment on the subject , it really is not necessary

No way! That's just creepy if that was true! And it is impossible to sneeze with your eye open. So it is a myth to sneeze with your eyes open AND to have your eyes pop straight out of you when you sneeze with you eyes open.
________
they wont you eye lids are for spreading water around your eyes so you eyes don't dry out and if you do sneeze with your eye open your eye sockets will keep it in even if you sneeze with your eye closed
Actually, that is not true at all. Your eyes close naturally when you sneeze simply to keep bacteria from getting in your eyes. A few people can sneeze without closing their eyes, (without them popping out) but the average person naturally closes their eyes while sneezing. Hope this helped! :)
Can... yes, it could happen in some individuals, though if the structures holding your eyes in their sockets are weak enough for this to occur, whether they're open or closed is probably largely irrelevant.
However, the notion that it will happen if you do this is purely an urban legend (it is actually quite difficult to hold your eyes open and sneeze at the same time, so it's not immediately recognizable by most people as the nonsense it truly is).
The natural reflex action that occurs during a sneeze is that your eyelids will close - it's all part of nature. So, no, your eyes will not pop out.
You naturally do it to prevent snot from coming out of your tear ducts. Unless you want snot in your eyes, close them when you sneeze.
MythBusters did a brief investigation of this. Their result was "no"- they had to hold open their eyes, though. There are too many musles, nerves, etc. holding your eyeballs in.
well no because your eye is in your skull ........
No.
The Birmingham Health System states, "If you try to suppress a sneeze, you can rupture blood vessel in your head or neck and die. If you keep your eyes open by force (while you sneeze), they will pop out. Suppressing a sneeze can be harmful, particularly to your ears." I learned that if you hold in a sneeze while pinching your nose, while it relieves the pain in your ears, "it briefly blocks the blood flow to your heart". Yes, you can die from sneezing if you hold it in.
If I do it, my ears pop real bad. It's not a good idea. It can hurt your ears and prevent your nose from being cleared.
No, you do not see heaven when you sneeze with your eyes open. Sneezing with your eyes open is not recommended as it can potentially cause injury as a reflex action.
reading your question precisely, if you sneeze, Ican keep my eyes open no problem. My friend told me if you sneeze with your eyes open they pop out
basically, when you sneeze, you die for about 1/2 a second and god chooses to bring you back to life that's why people say god bless you and because you die for 1/2 second while your sneezing, that's why you can't sneeze with your eyes open. ****************************************************** Improved answer The Birmingham Health System states, "If you try to suppress a sneeze, you can rupture blood vessel in your head or neck and die. No. Otherwise your eyeballs pop out of your head. Why not try it
Apparently not. I'm told that your eyes would pop out if you did
I believe and researched on this issue. You know we always gets a new life after one sneeze. This is why our eyes closes. When we sneeze, our all organs stops working for many micro seconds and that sneeze pushes all the organs to work again in their normal positions. Because sneezing with your eyes open will make them pop out. do NOT try this.
It is not impossible to open them when you sneeze. But if you force your eyes open during a sneeze it could pop them out of socket. The cause of this is that, when you sneeze you have air coming out of you at a speed of 90 mph, so it has the power to pop you eyes out of socket.
if you don't then your eyes will pop out a bit and go back in or come out so your body forces you to do it
They close. . . do not try to keep them open because if you do they might pop out!!
