I dont know about everyone else but from what ive heard police usually dont give a darn about underage sex as long as its done between two underage people. im 100 percent sure it is a crime but they dont give a dam.

First you should go back to the police and correct your statement or you will be caught in your lie when it goes to court. It is much better to be honest. If your friend did sexually harass you then you still have a case if you rectify your statement at the police station. If you simply lied to get even then be honest with the police and drop the complaint.Added after reading comment on the discussion page: Going strictly by YOUR version of events, you portray it as being "upset" over her taking up with another guy. However we are only hearing YOUR side of it. From 'reading between the lines' what I can understand of the situation is that she didn't exactly "lie" to the police about what took place, and she has the e-mails and possibly some witness testimony on her side. Unless she chooses to change her story to the police, it appears as if you may be in some trouble.
