Anybody can sue anybody for any reason - IF they can find an attorney willing to do it. If your wife is going for something like "alienation of affection"depends on how state laws read (I think). It might not mean anything in a court of law. The reality is that your wife would be smarter to sue YOU for a divorce since you have make a mockery of your marriage anyway. If she thinks she can get to you, or back at the two of you this way, she is going to end up throwing away a lot of money and not get much satisfaction in the end.
Why don't you sit down with your wife and discuss all of this and see if you can agree on how to resolve everything. Then remind your girlfriend that you cheated on your wife to be with her, so she should understand that things like faithfulness, honor to your commitments and vows, and respect for your relationship and for her and TRUST...are all things she shouldn't count on from you.
No
No she can not be sued, Unless the girl takes the stuff that is the boyfriends, then she must return the boyfriends stuff or she will be sued.
Since you are only 15 years old and not a legal adult, you can not be sued, but your parent/legal guardian can be sued.
