Yes, this is called shared memory. But it isn't useful, its mostly a gimmick because the memory speed is much slower than a graphics card with dedicated memory.

Although Nvidia 9800GT will flog it and probably the best but costs around $400 depending on how much memory it has. Also, ATI cards are also good but i recommend nvidia because they are better.
