if you are under 16, yes. (that is in Britain anyway) they can claim it is rape, because you were underage,if you are older, they can't unless it was genuinely rapexx
maybe but it ndepends on the charges and the item achieved by the 18 year old
Only a prosecutor or district attorney can "press charges" against anyone. However your father CAN go to court and seek a restraining order against your boy friend, or file a criminal complaint against him with the police. Your parent(s) are your legal guardians until you reach the age of emancipation in your state.
Yes he can.
no. you're old enough to babysit.
When you threatened is irrelevant. You can press charges if she was below the age of consent in your state when they had sex. The fact she is an adult now does not make the crime undone. Statutory rape charges usually have a limitation for several years if they even have one. And anyone can report statutory rape, it does not have to be the parents. They report but it's the state that press the charges so they can never be taken back. Once reported it is out of your hands.
absolutely - there is no gender discrimination when it comes to prosecuting offenses.
YES.
Yes, definetely. If she doesn't want to it's sexual harassmant.
If her parents press charges then yes, and if she presses charges then yes.
No, a 19 year old boy is not a boy and at the age of 18 he is no longer considered a minor, but a man and if he dated an 11 year old girl her parents could press Statutory Rape charges against him which he well would deserve.
Yes
You can if you want the parents of the 13 year old to press charges. If the parents press charges you could be arrested. It is also against the law of many countries to get involved into anything sexually until at least the age of 16 (London, Great Britain). If you plan for this to be long term, you may have to talk to him as well as his parents, who I suspect do not know.
