No. But, if u shake a tree, sometimes bees will come out and sting u. your face will then look all swollen. u can buy medicine to heal it or just save and play it again. only the residents in your town can get sick, and if they do buy them medicine or talk to copper and Booker and click invite guests. your gate will open and your resident will no longer be sick.
