As long as she responds in a timely manner to court dates, she can take as long as she wishes to sign an agreement. Really listen to her requests and what she wants and see if you can't compromise. To me, no one is really happy with the ending decree and the agreements made usually need adjusting (particularly if you have kids or retain some financial connection) within a couple of years or so. Sticking to your guns may cost you more in the long run. If you have someone else you want to marry right away, rethink it. You can easily make two bad marriages in a row.
