no. you should unsrew your license plate and take your rear cover off which is supported by two swews and carefully pry your cover off then you will c your key lock bolts takes those out there should be four! push you lock as if you are pushing it inside your trunk and you will c a trunk release rod so from there you just pull up on it then pop you are a lock smith..... take care
