I've seen this happen due to several causes. Strong winds can shake the car enough, parking on a slope, heat, the panic button getting pushed by a key in your pocket. Also, a weak battery, corroded door light switches, loose or corroded ground wire somewhere.
I worked at a GM dealer for a few years as a technician, and I've known guys at the car stereo / alarm shop.. There is NO GOOD WAY to get around it.
