A host of them, possibly. Depends in the 'elements' it was out in. Rust, frozen or seized engine, brakes and such, rotted upholstery, degraded rubber hoses, lines and weatherstripping, faded paint, pitted and rusting chrome, etc etc etc. The 83's still had, I believe, the Jag V12 engine which, in it's time, was a beautiful but fiendishly complicated engine. If carburetted, you're looking at four Stromburgs that you may have trouble finding rebuild parts for. I have no experience with the Jag fuel injection but if it was produced by Lucas you're in for a hellish time..:) Change out the oil, if there's any left. Toss in a good strong battery and see if it will start. Changes are the fuel lines are all gummed up as well if they weren't treated before the car was taken out of service. There are several really good Jag owners web sites out there so look around for more help if you need it. I owned a '73 E-type that I still miss.
