I would think you have a serious front end parts problem. Or maybe wheel bearings or your front end suspension. Would be a dangerous situation if not repaired.
I would check tire balance and check for warped rotors and all lug nuts are tight. Check tires for blisters and check the steering linkage for worn parts.
