There are several reasons why a car will start and then bog down when the accelerator is pushed. Some of the reasons could be plugs, fuel pump, or the catalytic converter.
Check you transmission kick down rod. It sounds like you have a bad linkage--trans will not downshift sometimes when you going up a hill.
check the jetting.
If the engine starts and runs but will not respond the the accelerator have the throttle linkage checked. It sounds as if it may have become disconnected somehow.
Check for restriction in exhaust sytem or plugged catalytic converter
common problem with dr 200. either fuel pump piston and spring or need a larger jet. these carbs are know to have this problem.
I would be looking for a vacuum leak.
mass air flow sensor clean it with Qd electronic cleaner worked for me had he same problem with a 93 cutlassciera. runs great now
If you have an automatic tranny, and the fluid is low, it may not gear down on the hills and may possibly stall. Check this out first.
it's your crank sensor as soon as the engine gets warm it shut offs. let it cool down and the car starts back up.

The problem with the Peugeot Expert Van might be the MAP Sensor or the Oxygen Sensor. Oxygen Sensors cause the engine to be starved of oxygen when they go bad.
