Go to the dealership and get owner paperwork and have it towed. Most tow places will allow you to get it towed when you don't have the keys. If you have the keys then that's even better. If you go to the police you may have to report it stolen. So use that as a last resort.
If your car has been repossessed by the bank or dealership, you will not get it back.
